M Booth is seeking a Mid-Level Designer to join our Creative team. The role focuses on crafting the design vision across projects, with expertise in graphic design, layout, typography, illustration, and AI-assisted work.

The candidate will translate ideas into digital content for social media and beyond. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Premiere and After Effects.
• Strong skills in Figma and social media design.
• Knowledge of design systems, typography, and layout architecture.
• Experience with AI image/video generation tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply design principles to create assets for a variety of projects.
• Prepare digital files optimized for social media platforms and other channels.
• Collaborate with a team of designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors.
• Ensure messaging and brand guidelines are consistently applied across assets.
• Stay current on graphic design trends and industry guidelines.
• Contribute to team growth and brainstorm conceptual solutions.
