Ideal candidates have 4+ years in backend engineering, strong Node.js/TypeScript, RESTful API design, microservices, and experience with GCP and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and software design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience working with databases and integrating external services.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• You are located in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, architects and product stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design of scalable, resilient and secure solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
• Write high-quality, maintainable and testable code.
