Job summary
Interclypse Inc. is seeking an IT professional to assist in the daily administration and operation of customer IAM solutions. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and help enforce access control policies under supervision of senior engineers.
The role includes supporting technologies like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) to help protect critical systems. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in IT systems administration are required, with AD experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least three (3) years of IT systems administration experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience with identity management systems such as Active Directory and knowledge of authentication protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily administration and operation of IAM solutions.
- Manage user accounts and troubleshoot access issues.
- Help enforce access control policies under supervision of senior engineers.
