Job summary
Alaska Power & Telephone is a member-owned utility delivering power across Alaska. The Metering Program Lead will own metering-related work across AP&T systems, including ordering, configuration, programming, and documentation.

Qualifications
- Hands-on metering experience with installation, configuration, programming and testing.
- Ability to interpret metering standards (NESC/NEC) and apply them.
- Proactive project planning, time management and cross-team communication.
Responsibilities
- Specify, procure, and manage meters, CTs, PTs and related equipment.
- Configure meters and comms devices; develop metering standards and docs.
- Oversee commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of metering systems.
- Lead meter audit programs and support AMI deployments and upgrades.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, MIS, vendors and contractors.
