Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating video ads and static creatives for Meta.
• Proficiency in video-editing and graphic-design tools; the quality of your work matters more than the software you use.
• The ability to work quickly while maintaining clean edits, accurate text, and consistent visual quality.
• Demonstrated initiative: you suggest improvements, ask useful questions, and take ownership of getting work finished.
• Strong written and spoken English and reliable communication in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Turn creative briefs, raw footage, and brand assets into polished video and static ads for Meta.
• Make each video’s message clear through strong opening hooks, purposeful pacing, readable captions, and effective calls to action.
• Design static creatives that communicate an offer clearly and stay consistent with the brand.
• Produce creative variations that let the team test different hooks, messages, visuals, and formats.
• Keep creative production moving by meeting agreed deadlines, communicating progress, and flagging blockers early.
• Bring new concepts and practical improvements to the team without waiting to be asked.
• Turn feedback and available campaign insights into stronger creative iterations.
• Deliver organized source files and correctly formatted exports that are ready for review, reuse, and launch.
