Responsibilities

• Audit Meta ad account in detail, past campaigns, audiences, creatives, and structure.
• Identify root causes of underperformance and inefficiencies.
• Recommend actionable changes to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Take over daily management to scale performance profitably.
• Coach and mentor internal team, build SOPs for long-term success.
