Job summary

Incredible Marketing Inc. is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to join our remote US-based team. You will lead and optimize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube campaigns, focusing on ROI and client value communication.

This role requires a results-driven mindset and strong collaboration with Account Management and Strategists. The ideal candidate has Meta Ads certifications, pixel mastery, and UTMs, with proven ability to manage budgets and report performance.

Qualifications

• Meta Ads certified (required)
• Pixel tracking mastery (required)
• UTM code implementation (required)
• Google AdWords experience (1 year, preferred)
• Design asset creation using Canva or Adobe (required)
• SEM/PPC experience (1 year, preferred)

Responsibilities

• Create and run Meta ads campaigns from start to finish.
• Launch full ad sets with varying objectives and goals.
• Set up and test pixels, UTMs, and track performance.
• Write and edit compelling ad copy.
• Analyze data to maximize ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with team to improve landing pages for conversions.
• Manage budgets across multiple campaigns.
• Report campaign performance to clients and leadership.
