Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an experienced MES Functional Analyst to design, implement, and support MES with a focus on Decide4Action (D4A) and integration with SAP S/4HANA production execution and quality management.

The role partners with manufacturing, quality and labs to translate requirements into scalable digital manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a functional/business systems analyst in MES, experience with SAP S/4HANA, and vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years as Functional Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, MES Analyst, or Manufacturing Systems Consultant.
• Experience implementing or supporting MES, preferably D4A, TrakSYS, LineView, SAP Digital Manufacturing, or similar platforms.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and quality processes.
• Leading projects and enhancement portfolios in manufacturing environments.
• Working with software vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Own the Decide4Action MES platform as the functional owner.
• Lead MES projects, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and maintain MES solution roadmaps aligned with manufacturing and operations strategies.
• Support MES deployments, upgrades, site rollouts, and system optimization efforts.
• Manage lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital manufacturing solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, fit-gap assessments, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Evaluate improvement opportunities and recommend tech solutions for efficiency and traceability.
• Ensure standardized processes across manufacturing sites.
