U.S. Bank is seeking a Market Manager to operate remotely with frequent travel within the assigned district (El Cajon, La Mesa, Lemon Grove, Lakeside, East San Diego area). This role focuses on business development and sales in the Small Business segment (<$2.5M in revenue) and collaborates with Business Banking Specialists and Branch colleagues to build a robust pipeline.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of sales experience, with strong emphasis on sales acumen, pipeline management, and excellent communication. Travel is required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.
