Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Merchandising Operations Associate to assist the Merchandising Operations team in delivering and executing the merchandising strategy for in-store and online menus. The role focuses on making shopping experiences easy to navigate and ensuring products are represented competitively to support sales and margins.

This temporary/contract position is remote with a start date in early November and an end date of January 15, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central liaison between Buying, Merch Ops, Retail, and Digital teams.
• Maintain product data, digital content, catalogs, and POS information.
• Support order-to-receipt lifecycle and shipments coordination.
• Provide updates and details to retail teams for smooth execution.
• Assist in promotions, price updates, and data-driven insights.
• Assist in clearance actions and inventory optimization.
• Support menu customization and digital accuracy audits.
• Help develop scalable Merch Ops processes.
• Track trends to identify opportunities for merchandising and promotions.
