Job summary

Polyconcept North America (PCNA) is seeking a Merchandising Planner to optimize inventory, sales and margins across multiple brands. You will work with Category Managers to forecast demand, plan inventory, and analyze performance to drive profitability.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Remote work options are available with responsibilities spanning the US market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand forecasting, planning or inventory analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business acumen with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive decisions to optimize sales, margins, inventory turnover and GMROI.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to develop replenishment and allocation strategies.
• Manage Open-To-Buy (OTB) and provide inventory insights.
• Create regular reports on inventory, sales and forecasting accuracy.
