Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 2+ years in merchandise/assortment/inventory/demand planning or retail analytics.
• Strong retail math, forecasting, inventory management, and financial planning.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI/planning tools experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own SKU level assortment and lifecycle management for assigned categories.
• Develop seasonal hindsight analyses and future assortment strategies.
• Align assortments to brand strategy, customer needs, budgets, and financial objectives.
• Lead SKU rationalization, lifecycle mgmt, assortment architecture, and productivity reviews.
• Maintain assortment cost rollups and scenario-planning models.
• Recommend initial buys, test strategies, and store clustering approaches.
• Own monthly SKU-level forecasting and reforecast processes using Impact Analytics.
• Manage monthly order placement, vendor forecasts, replenishment, and OTB recommendations.
• Conduct weekly in-stock reviews and inventory optimization actions.
• Monitor sales, margin, inventory, turns, and SKU productivity.
• Conduct quarterly SKU reviews utilizing assortment evaluation tools.
• Develop SKU-level clearance roll and exit recommendations, at minimum quarterly.
• Manage SKU reclassifications and inventory movement initiatives.
• Develop analysis/presentation materials supporting Assortment Reviews and Line Reviews.
