Job summary

Uponor is seeking an MEP Estimator II to develop accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for mechanical and plumbing systems across multiple project types. You will analyze drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and 3D models to quantify materials and provide bid-ready documentation.

The role supports pre-construction with technical guidance, ensures compliance with GF quality standards, and collaborates with internal teams.

Qualifications

• AA degree in construction management, engineering, drafting, or related field.
• 2+ years trade design and 4+ years AutoCAD/Revit/estimation software.
• Experience with piping systems and estimating techniques.
• Familiarity with Trimble Autobid Mechanical.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop material takeoffs and cost estimates for piping systems.
• Analyze drawings and models to quantify materials.
• Prepare bid-ready documentation and post-bid support.
• Review estimates for accuracy and quality.
• Support project teams and senior estimators.
