Job summary

ENG is seeking a Modeler/BIM Specialist to create accurate BIM models for MEP trades (mechanical and plumbing). You will review specifications, resolve conflicts, and ensure the final model meets client expectations.

Advanced English is required, with at least 3 years of Revit-based experience in piping, plumbing, or HVAC. Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, BIM coordination, clash reports, QA/QC, and model accuracy is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of modeling piping, plumbing or HVAC in Revit.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering.
• Experience with BIM coordination, clash reports, QA/QC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create BIM models for MEP trades (Mechanical and Plumbing).
• Review specs and design information to ensure constructible, high-quality models.
• Identify and resolve conflicts during modeling to meet client expectations.
