Uptalent.io is seeking a skilled Remote MEP BIM Modeler to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role is essential in developing high-quality BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects. As part of our global operations, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to bring design concepts to life while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed MEP models in Revit
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve design conflicts
• Develop 3D models and construction documentation for MEP systems
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of designs, adhering to project specifications
• Participate in coordination meetings with architects and engineers
• Assist in developing project schedules and deliverables

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Extensive experience in MEP BIM modeling for various project types, ensuring compliance with standards
• Proficiency in clash detection using Navisworks, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with U.S. projects and familiarity with local codes and standards
• Fluency in English at a high proficiency level (C1 or C2)
• *Bachelor's degree in Engineering is not required.*
