Noble Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient psychiatric practice. This full-time, remote-friendly role provides mood disorder treatment to a diverse patient population and collaborates with psychiatrists for integrated care.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field and active licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT). Experience with CBT/DBT and psychopharmacology knowledge is preferred, with strong communication skills

Formación

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Proficiency in CBT and DBT with demonstrated effectiveness in mood disorders.
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology to support collaboration with psychiatrists.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine mood disorder severity using interviews and standardized testing.
• Collaborate with patients to craft individualized treatment plans aligned with goals.
• Implement CBT and DBT interventions tailored to each client.
• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, options, and self-care strategies.
• Monitor client progress by maintaining accurate records and adjusting treatment as needed.
• Work with psychiatrists to ensure a unified medication/treatment approach.
• Engage in regular training and professional development.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture through team meetings and case consultations.
• Advocate for de-stigmatization of mental health in the community.
