Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active state license in LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT.
• Master's degree from an accredited program.
• Experience with or willingness to obtain additional state licensure.
• Strong diagnostic, care planning, and counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to patients 13+.
• Deliver therapy via virtual platforms.
• Collaborate with care teams to plan treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR.
