Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to provide behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth. Providers are 1099 contractors with flexible scheduling and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles insurance billing and administrative tasks.

Licensed clinicians (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) in Washington are encouraged to join, with a base pay of $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and biweekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients
• Maintain session notes and EHR documentation
• Manage caseload autonomously as a 1099 contractor
