Job summary

Included Health is seeking a 100% remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Oregon to provide individual therapy via our telehealth platform. You’ll work as a 1099 contractor under a Behavioral Health Supervisor, focusing on patient care and documentation while Clinical Operations handles billing, scheduling, and onboarding.

You’ll join a supportive clinical team and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to patients, with flexible scheduling and a fully remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions and continued education.
• Experience with technology and digital tools/platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy sessions with patients.
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of QA processes.
