Included Health is hiring a 100% remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Oregon to join our team as a Behavioral Health Clinician. This 1099 contractor role delivers individual therapy via telehealth, with clinical supervision guidance and admin support provided by our Clinical Operations team.

You will conduct virtual evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document sessions while collaborating with a clinical team across the patient care journey.

Qualifications

• Independent practice with no ongoing supervision.
• Commitment to continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
• Licensure in multiple states is valued; must be licensed in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy, psychotherapy, and mental health evaluations with documentation.
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans and monitor outcomes.
• Perform monthly chart reviews as part of QA process.
