• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Current and unrestricted state therapy license.
• Licensure: LCSW/LCSWA or LCMHC/LCMHCA; provisional license accepted with supervision.
• 1–2 years of experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, crisis intervention.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and provide trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Conducts biopsychosocial assessments covering medical, psychological, social, and substance use history.
• Develops and updates treatment plans addressing mental health, substance use, and social determinants of health.
• Utilizes CBT, MI, TF-CBT, and other evidence-based therapies.
• Coordinates with psychiatrists, medical professionals, case managers, and external agencies.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant documentation and uses EHR system efficiently.
• Provides individual and group therapy; supports relapse prevention and crisis intervention.
• Assesses suicide risk, overdose risk, and other emergencies; creates safety plans.
