Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is hiring a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) licensed in North Carolina to provide individual counseling via telehealth.

You will work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, and related concerns, conducting intake, therapy sessions, clinical documentation, and coordinating care with the team. The role requires an Active NC LCMHC license, a Master’s in Counseling, and experience in mental health settings.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LCMHC license.
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
• Experience in mental health treatment settings.
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and EHRs.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake appointments and review client history.
• Provide individual therapy through secure video sessions.
• Identify concerns to address during treatment.
• Maintain clear and timely progress notes.
• Review client needs as care continues.
• Coordinate with other clinical team members when appropriate.
• Respond to risk or safety concerns per procedures.
• Follow NC LCMHC licensing, ethics and professional requirements.
