Cone Health in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide psychotherapy and social work services for patients with mental health and substance use disorders. The role conducts psychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, and coordinates care with community resources to support recovery.

Applicants should have a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field and at least 2 years of clinical experience, plus licensure such as LCSW, PhD/PsyD, or LCMHC.

Formación

• Masters or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Licensure: LCSW, PhD/PsyD, LCMHC, LCAS, or LPA; Independent Practice.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment.
• Design and implement behavioral health treatment plans.
• Collaborate with community health and social agencies for referrals.
• Educate patients and families on care processes and options.
• Document care and monitor recovery in medical records.
• Advocate for patients during care and manage ethical risks.
• Mentor junior colleagues and provide guidance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
