Two Chairs is hiring MA-licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy for adults (18+). You will manage a caseload of 7-20 sessions weekly, providing 8–24 hours of availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

EST. Expect regular check-ins, data-driven treatment adjustments, and collaboration with other providers. In this W-2 role, clinicians receive a wellness stipend, CE credits, malpractice insurance, 401(k), and state-mandated benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Independent licensure in MA (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or psychologist).
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults and 6+ months of teletherapy.
• Proficiency with PHQ-9 and familiarity with EMR systems.

Aufgaben

• Deliver remote evidence-based therapy to adults 18+.
• Maintain caseload 7-20 sessions/week; 8-24 hours weekly Mon-Fri 8:00am-9:00pm EST.
• 84% direct client care and ongoing assessments; manager check-ins weekly first 6 weeks.
• Document in EMR within 48 hours of client contact; collaborate with colleagues.
