Two Chairs is hiring clinicians to provide remote therapy to adults 18+ using CBT, DBT, ACT and other evidence-based modalities. You will manage a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours of weekly availability across EST/CST hours, ensuring timely documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of each contact, and collaborating with other providers as needed.

• Independently licensed in Indiana as LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or PhD/PsyD psychologist.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; company covers costs.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults and 6+ months teletherapy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and 8–24 hours of weekly availability.
• Complete all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
