Ideal candidates hold LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT licenses in one or more states and are willing to obtain additional licensure. The position offers flexible hours (20–40 per week) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active state license in one of the specified credentials (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT).
• Strong diagnostic, care coordination, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based approaches.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychosocial support and education to patients 13+ and their families.
• Deliver counseling using evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing and CBT.
• Coordinate with the clinical care team to plan and monitor treatment.
• Deliver remote therapy with flexibility across platforms and patient communities.
