Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist

The salary range is $70,000-$100,000, and the client will cover license transfer costs. Flexible start dates are available based on relocation or completion of schooling.

Qualifications:

• Experience in physical therapy with adults and the elderly. Preference for candidates who are younger, less experienced, including new graduates.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards and state regulations.
2. Manage a caseload focused on pelvic health and orthopedic adult populations.
3. Develop treatment plans based on evaluations, including goals, collaboration with staff, and patient/caregiver involvement.
4. Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
5. Document patient progress following medical and facility documentation procedures.
6. Assess mobility, strength, and functional levels; set realistic and attainable goals for improvement.
7. Report patient progress to patients, caregivers, staff, case managers, and healthcare professionals.
8. Create post-treatment home programs for patients.
9. Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and ongoing education.
