Individual and Family Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCMHC or similar)

Full Time – Employed Position (Telemedicine)

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Maine-based Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) to join our multidisciplinary team dedicated to compassionate care for individuals and families. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify mental health and substance use needs.
  2. Provide evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, IFS, among others.
  3. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  4. Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  5. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation following regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • License in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or similar (Required)
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Licensees needing supervised hours will be considered
  • At least 2 years of providing psychiatric services

Requirements:

  • Maintain current licenses and certifications.
  • Maintain professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M) (Not Reimbursed).
  • Proficiency with remote meetings/video conferencing.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Minimum availability of 2 nights per week.
  • Access to urgent psychiatric supervision/assistance.
  • Organized, comfortable work environment with a strong work/life balance.
  • Highly flexible scheduling.
