Join to apply for the Remote Mental Health Therapist role at Tree of Life Counseling Utah.

Tree of Life Counseling Center is expanding its services across Utah by adding a telehealth provider to our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide mental health therapy via telehealth on a full-time or part-time basis. Benefits include paid time off, five paid holidays, retirement (401k with employer match), paid continuing education, and a semi-flexible schedule. Compensation is based on a pay-per-clinical-hour model, dependent on training, experience/licensure, and hours worked per week.

We serve a diverse client base with various mental health conditions, encouraging therapists to use their preferred interventions. Our collaborative environment includes regular team meetings and supervision, all fully supported and free of charge by Tree of Life.

Position Details

• Full-time or Part-time available
• Fully remote (telehealth)
• Pay range $35-$55, DOE and hours worked
• Consistent schedule within our business hours
• Supervision and professional development funded by the employer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose clients according to DSM-V-TR criteria
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Ensure privacy and professionalism in a distraction-free environment
• Document client records in our electronic health record system
• Maintain licensure in Utah and adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards
• Deliver quality, outcome-driven behavioral health care

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution
• Utah licensure: LCSW, CSW, CMHC, AMHC, LMFT, AMFT
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and quick learner of new software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Physical and environmental requirements include sitting, standing, manual dexterity, speaking, listening, and writing; a professional home office environment is required for remote work
