Job summary

TimelyCare is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Provider (TalkNow) for a remote role serving students nationwide. You’ll deliver focused, evidence-based therapy with sessions around 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for documentation, and maintain flexible hours that support work-life balance.

You’ll work from home with a HIPAA-compliant setup and no direct patient phone exposure. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field with provisional/associate license is REQUIRED.
• Fully Licensed Mental Health Practitioner is a PLUS.
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults, college students, or in a community/college counseling setting.

Responsibilities

• Use active listening skills and evidence-based modalities to build rapport, collaborate, support, and progress student and client care.
• Professional conduct with all students, members, peers, and support staff.
• Able to remain calm and adapt to changing needs of the members we serve.
• Able to assess, triage, and document sessions with members potentially in crisis or with thoughts of self-harm or suicidal ideation.
• Able to respond to members in crisis with professionalism, empathy, and cultural humility.
• Provide 401(k) with employer match after 1 year tenure.
• Deliver company equipment to providers and ensure secure setup.
