Qualified clinicians hold a Master’s degree and Maryland licensure (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and have at least two years of experience. The role includes crisis intervention, EMR documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current Maryland licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and tailor treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using CBT or DBT.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals.
• Maintain confidential documentation in an EMR system.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to program development.
• Support diverse Clinton-based client population.
