Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments with cultural competence.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy with culturally responsive approaches.
• Proficient crisis intervention skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
• Commitment to professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate smoothly within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cultural assessments to tailor treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when needed to stabilize situations.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, options, and resources.
• Maintain confidential patient records and ensure compliance.
