Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid AZ LMFT/LPC/LCSW license.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience desirable.
• Flexibility to work between 10 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and translate observations into treatment plans.
• Perform initial comprehensive assessments and triage based on urgency and complexity.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate sensitivity addressing patients across ages and needs.
• Manage a caseload with consultative coordination with external providers.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner as per departmental standards.
• Utilize CBT and other evidence-based modalities in practice.
