Qualificações

• State licensure is mandatory; candidates must possess credentials as either a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Commitment to work between 10 to 40 hours per week is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, groups, and families to identify mental health needs.
• Provide targeted clinical interventions, drawing on graduate-level counseling skills and evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement coordinated care plans through documentation and meetings, including patient rounds.
• Ensure timely and ethical completion of all clinical documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
• Engage in case management for assigned clients, collaborating with community resources and professionals to optimize therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize CBT and other relevant modalities to support patients in achieving their individualized service plans.
