Candidates should hold a relevant advanced degree and NJ licensure, with experience in CBT/DBT and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in an accredited field.
• Current LMFT/LPC/LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT) and solution-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in case reviews.
• Educate clients and families about conditions and treatment options.
• Stay informed about latest advances in mental health therapies.
