• Must pass favorable interim and final DoD background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, telephonic, one-on-one coaching to transition between psychological health care providers or initiate care.
• Encourage ongoing engagement with care and promote patient participation in their own care.
• Utilize motivational interviewing, barrier identification, task planning, information delivery, and regular call contact.
