OMH is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) for remote full-time or part-time roles. The position supports outpatient behavioral health services with prior recognition of two locations in Colorado and a remote option for clinicians. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 per year plus benefits.

Clinicians can customize schedules, join a clinician-led team, and work within an integrated care model designed to balance flexibility with high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in Colorado and be able to practice independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and, as needed, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing.
• Manage care and documentation, with back-office support handling billing and credentialing.
