OMH is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team and work remotely from home. Our services include Massachusetts and Colorado, with part-time and full-time options; compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience.

The clinicians will participate in an integrated care model, delivering outpatient psychotherapy with autonomy to tailor sessions and duration for each patient. Remote positions offer work-life balance and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license as a Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) in the state of practice.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychotherapy.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy in an outpatient setting.
• Customize care plans for each patient.
• Offer flexible scheduling with most sessions Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Complete documentation; back-office handles billing, credentialing, and collections.
