Qualifications

• Applicants must be comfortable speaking with clients on Zoom.
• Must be competitive, coachable and capable of following a written process.
• Inbound conversations only; no cold outreach.

Responsibilities

• Take requested conversations — inbound only.
• Explain benefit options simply.
• Help clients enroll when it is a fit.
• Maintain a clean follow-up rhythm.
