You will work remotely, with a clear written process, coaching from experienced colleagues, and a path into leadership if you perform. Interviews are conducted on Zoom.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating benefits clearly to clients.
• Ability to enroll clients when benefits fit.
• Comfort with Zoom interviews and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm lead conversations from interested clients.
• Explain benefit options clearly and simply.
• Assist clients in enrolling when appropriate.
• Maintain a regular follow-up rhythm with prospects.
