Job summary

Calibrate seeks a dedicated Member Care Coordinator to bridge Clinical, Coaching, and Operations, ensuring timely, coordinated care. This role involves managing medication access workflows, PA submissions, and complex follow-ups to support members’ journey.

We offer remote-first work with flexible hours across three ET shifts, emphasizing exceptional member experience and teamwork with Clinical Operations and other departments.

Qualifications

• Formal medical assisting program completion is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, EHRs, and PA/e-prescribing platforms is desirable.
• 2+ years of high-volume customer service or patient advocacy experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multi-step processes with persistence.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical administrative workflows to resolve readiness barriers and accelerate provider reviews.
• Prepare documents and triage member needs for specialty support.
• Coordinate with Clinical and Coaching teams to ensure timely follow-up on medications or denials.
• Log all communications and PA statuses in the case management system for auditable records.
• Conduct outbound calls to carriers, PBMs, and pharmacies to obtain case statuses and approvals.
