Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a remote sales role with upside. You will engage warm leads who have requested information on financial-protection options and guide them to a fit. There are no cold calls—the process is provided and the scripts are tested.

You will be coached, measured on activity and results, and have a clear path into leadership if you deliver. Interviews are conducted on Zoom and you can work from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable speaking with clients on camera.
• Strong communication and coaching mindset.
• Able to follow a proven process; no cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Take conversations from warm leads and present options.
• Explain benefit options clearly and concisely.
• Help clients enroll when there is a fit.
• Maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm with prospects.
