Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside, not another dead-end job. This role works with warm leads who already requested help on financial-protection options, and you will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

You will take requested conversations, explain benefit options simply, help clients enroll when it is a fit, and keep a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are on Zoom.

Qualifications

• Applicants should be coachable and able to communicate clearly.
• Comfort with being on camera is expected.
• Experience communicating options in a simple, client-friendly way.

Responsibilities
