Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced MedTech Complaints Consultant to lead implementations for our global clients. This role involves reviewing business processes, managing customer communication, and guiding teams in QMS Complaints implementations.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in GMP systems and a strong background in complaints management. You will work flexibly, allowing you to choose your ideal work environment, whether at home or in the office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GMP Systems ownership or software consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in complaints management for medical devices.
• Strong understanding of FDA, EU MDR/IVDR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS Complaints implementation workstreams at customers.
• Review and analyze customer business processes to identify gaps.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and best practices for success.
