Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Stars Associate Director to lead a collaborative team focused on Medicare member medication safety and appropriate use. You will oversee program development, implementation, and management while driving performance toward quality measures.

You will direct multi-team efforts, analyze complex data, and make strategic decisions to improve consumer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree and active, unrestricted license.
• 5+ years clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy field.
• 2+ years of managerial experience; ability to direct teams and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team responsible for clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members' medication use.
• Ensure performance against multiple quality measures and strategic goals.
• Provide direction and sound business decisions across teams and departments.
