TP is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to act as the main contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with a focus on service quality in a fast-paced setting. The role involves outbound calls to Medicare eligible customers, guiding them to licensed agents, and ensuring a positive enrollment experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Medicare eligible customers from qualified leads.
• Assist customers by transferring to a licensed sales agent for their area.
• Ask required questions as per script and use rebuttals to overcome objections.
• Explain open enrollment benefits and help customers understand options.
• Meet transfer targets and disposition calls appropriately.
• Weekend availability is required.
