Qualifications

• Medicare expertise with knowledge of CMS guidelines and carrier portals.
• Active health insurance license and Medicare certification across states.
• Able to shift between licensing, contracting, auditing, and support tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication to agents, carriers and consumers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proactive problem solving and issue resolution capabilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and carrier portals; Zendesk experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Licensing onboarding, AHIP cert tracking, and state licensing management.
• Audit calls and interactions for compliance against Medicare guidelines.
• Retention and member support: welcome calls, benefits questions, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate special projects and seasonal workload with internal teams.
