Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a Medicare & Health Insurance Agent to guide Medicare-eligible individuals and health insurance clients through plans and coverage options. You will educate customers, review needs, and assist with enrollment and policy changes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

This role emphasizes building lasting relationships through proactive service, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and steady growth for the agency.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Life and Health insurance license required.
• Ability to maintain carrier certifications and appointments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts simply.
• Proficiency with agency management software and computer systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Preferred Medicare experience with AHIP certification and Part D knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare and health insurance reviews for clients.
• Educate clients on Medicare Parts A–D.
• Present Medicare Advantage and Supplement options based on client needs.
• Assist with Part D comparisons and enrollments.
• Present individual health insurance options when appropriate.
• Maintain high client retention through proactive service.
