Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Prepare billing reports and assist with reconciliation and reporting activities
• Protect confidential customer and financial information with high accuracy and professionalism
