Formación

• Experience with Medicare Advantage enrollment and eligibility (Part A, Part B, Part C).
• Strong analytical and data-focused mindset.
• High attention to detail with large volumes of transactional work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication for internal collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Review billing information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies, errors, and payment issues.
• Post and reconcile payments, credits, refunds, and adjustments to customer accounts.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding billing questions and balances.
• Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with policies.
• Prepare billing reports and assist with reconciliation and reporting activities.
• Protect confidential information while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards while handling multiple tasks.
